Chatbot

Live here, rolling out carefully. This page states exactly what exists today, so nobody plans around an install that is not open yet.

What exists today

The chat bubble on secondshift.site is our own front desk, taking real conversations on our own pages. On client sites, chat is installed site by site after verification, never flipped on silently. Until your site is verified, chat is a preview you can try on ours, not an install you can paste.

The snippet shape

When a site is verified, chat loads with one line. The snippet below is the shape this site itself runs for its own demo bot, shown so developers can see what the install will look like:

<!-- Second Shift Chat: preview, shown with this site's own demo bot shape -->
<script src="https://chat.secondshift.site/widget.js?bot=YOUR_BOT_ID" async></script>

Chat installation is in preview. The chat bubble on secondshift.site is our own front desk, live there so you can try it. For client sites, chat rolls out site by site, and we only call it live on yours once it is verified there. There is no self-serve chat install yet, and this snippet will not activate chat on a client site today.
